Co-roasting

Use our roastery

Two ways to work with our roasting setup in Montreal — rent time on the machine and roast it yourself, or hand us the spec and have it roasted under your own label.

Buying a roaster is a large bet to place early. Co-roasting lets you build a coffee brand, test a wholesale account or cover a seasonal spike without the capital, the lease or the ventilation permit.

Every arrangement is different, so the details below are a starting point rather than a menu. Tell us what you are trying to make and we will tell you what it takes.

Roaster time

Book time on our roaster in Montreal and run your own production. You bring the green, you build the profile, you leave with your coffee.

  • Booked by the session, with the machine to yourself
  • Your green stored on site between sessions
  • Profiles saved so batches stay consistent
  • Onboarding session before your first solo booking
  • Packaging and labelling space available
We roast, you brand

White label roasting

We roast to your specification and it ships under your name. Use your own green, or buy it from our import list and keep the whole chain in one place.

  • Profile development with you at the cupping table
  • Your green or ours from the five origins we import
  • Bagged, valved and labelled to your artwork
  • Repeat production on a standing schedule
  • Producer information you can pass to your customers

Tell us what you need

Send us the shape of it and we will come back with availability, rates and what a first session or first production run would look like.

Roasting happens in Montreal. If you are elsewhere in Canada, say so and we will talk through how the logistics would work.
